Environmental Law: Defence in disciplinary proceedings in areas relating to waters, wilderness, natural spaces, coasts, contaminated land, atmospheric emissions, waste, etc.; counsel on procedures relating to environmental impact assessments, integrated and unified environmental authorisation, as well as other environmental permits; preventative advisory on issues of environmental conditioning for industry, and companies in all sectors; Due Diligence on environmental issues; administrative and contentious administrative appeals against the judgements of the Environmental Administration; preventative advisory on issues of environmental violations and offences; collaboration with Public Administrations in the drafting of decrees, regulations and municipal bylaws relating to this subject; counsel on environmental planning and administrative agreements with individuals.
