Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Seville (class of 2001-2006).
CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Joined MONTERO|ARAMBURU in 2004.
He is a member of the commission of R+D+I of the Spanish Confederation of Businesses Organisations (Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales).
He specialises in providing tax advice in the reorganisation of business groups, as well as the tax planning and advice services for large equities and for family-run businesses.
He also has extensive experience in the study, outline, development and review of economic plans and accounting models for companies and institutions.
He is a regular contributor to technology-based companies, startups and spin-offs of several universities, thus in possession of wide-range knowledge within the area of business entrepreneurship.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
He is a lecturer on the Professional Course of Access to the Legal Profession and Court Procurator organised by the Seville Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla), in which he lectures on subjects related to company taxation and its financial statements.
He is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice and on the Expert Course in Corporate Law given by the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, lecturing on several sessions in relation to the legal regime of cooperative societies.
He is a mentor on some of the entrepreneurship initiatives promoted by the “Andalucía Open Future” project.
